All personal information collected by this site is only collected for the purpose of replying to your enquiry, confirming your booking, informing you of other services available and organising the final details for your event. We have an option to opt out of future marketing on our enquiry form, if you choose to select this we will not contact you about potential future events.

Will you share my information with others?

The information you provide to us is only for our own use and we never share your information with any third party. 

What information do you collect?

We only collect the basic contact information outlined in our ‘Contact’ or ‘Newsletter’ form. This information allows us to check availability for your package on your date and location, or to sign you up to our newsletter. We do not share this information with any third party as it is only required to help us reply to your enquiry or to provide you with further information or a newsletter.

Will you keep these details?

We keep this information on file in the event you make contact in the future to allow us to follow up on your original enquiry.

Can I ask you to delete my information?

Yes! You can at any time request in writing for your information to be deleted securely from our records. If you have subscribed to our newsletter and wish to be removed from this you can do so by clicking “unsubscribe” on the bottom of your latest newsletter email and your details will be removed.
